Unique combo of 4 RFAs – La Minita Costa Rican Rio Negro, Northern Sumatra Mandheling, Tanzania Peaberry and Peruvian – creating a crema that holds up longer than most espressos. Bright and buttery. Available in 2lbs.

Blind assessment: Evaluated as espresso. Deep and sweet-toned in the small cup: cedar, milk chocolate, orangey fruit. Medium-bodied but buttery and supple in mouthfeel. Very sweet finish with a pleasantly drying, walnut-like hint in the long. Seductive in milk, which pushes the chocolate forward and lightens and brightens the fruit.

Who should drink it: Complexity and balance in a fine medium-bodied espresso.
