Order Process

Once you place your order with us, please allow 72 hours (3 business days) for your order to ship. Everything at Valerio is hand-packed and freshly roasted, so this time allows us to get you the best quality coffee and tea. 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, i.e. no open bags of coffee. Also, ground coffee orders are not eligible for a return, but please reach out to us if you experience a problem.


To start a return, you can contact us at orders@valeriocoffee.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like ground coffee. However, if there is a mistake on our end, due to coffee being ground when whole bean was requested, we will process a return.
