GUATAMALA ORGANIC COFFEE

This Guatemala coffee is special. A complex and amazing well rounded coffee due to a diverse microclimate and rich soil from the multiple volcanoes. A group of small scale farms together work this land in the Huehuetenango region. We chose a medium roast for this coffee to bring out notes of dark chocolate, plum and raisin.
