Certified Organic from the high mountains of the northern Matagalpa region, just south of Jinotega in Nicaragua comes one of Central America's finest coffees.  This coffee is a mix of several coffee tree varieties: Catimor, Caturra, Catuai and Pacamara, which combine to create a unique taste.  Fully washed and naturally dried.  We roast to a medium roast to bring out notes of apricot and butterscotch.  A full-bodied coffee with a pleasant acidity.
