HOUSE BLEND DECAFFEINATED COFFEE

A special blend roasted medium to dark of Guatemalan, Colombian and Rain Forest Alliance Certified Costa Rican coffees. It has a smooth, full-bodied taste and great aroma.

Notes: Half of the coffees contained in this blend were produced following sustainable ecological and socio-economic criteria developed by the Sustainable Agricultural Network, a coalition of independent, environment-focused non-governmental organizations. 

Blind assessment: In the aroma sweet caramel and nut tones. In the cup muted acidity, full, rounded mouthfeel and a woody but rich flavor complicated by hints of nut and chocolate, all of which carry into the finish.

Who should drink it: A smooth, rich, quiet cup.
