Grown in Jinotega is carefully sun dried on the patio in its parchment and is then shipped out of Matagalpa. This coffee is grown about 4,400 feet above sea level. This coffee came to us from a family coffee farm, they sent us a green coffee sample and we fell in love! Certified, Fair Trade and Organic, we knew we had to have it. Here it is! Lightly roasted to compliment hints of lime, dried apricot and notes of butterscotch.
