May we present Bolivia, from one of the tinier coffee producers of South America. Bolivia originates from "COOP Carrasco La Reserva, CORACA CRC." Our friends run this coop of 60+ small holder (small is about 3 hectares) farmer families established in 1990. This COOP produces about 6-8 containers of Fair Trade and Organic certified coffee a year. Quite different than Peru, another larger coffee producer along the Andes Mountains, Bolivia is a bit more complex. Very good hot, even better as it cools.
